Terms of Service

Effective October 24, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Hacker Camp ("we", "us"). They cover aihackercamp.com, our digital products, memberships, merch, emails, and community spaces. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our Authorized Use Policy, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy anything. You must give us accurate information, including a working email address, so we can deliver your order.

2. What we sell

  • Digital products: PDF guides, prompt playbooks, agent profiles, and skill packs, delivered as downloads.
  • Bundles: several digital products sold together, sometimes with membership time included.
  • Memberships: Camp Pro and Founding member, which include new drops, office hours, and access to members only community channels.
  • Merch: apparel, hats, mugs, and other items printed to order by our fulfillment partner, Fourthwall.
  • Free kit: a free download sent to your email.

Product pages describe what each product includes. We work to keep descriptions accurate, but small differences in page counts or file formats can happen as we update products.

3. Your license to digital products

When you pay for a digital product, we give you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to download it and use it:

  • yourself, for personal use or for work inside your own business or employer; and
  • to create your own work, including work you deliver to your clients. The output you create with our prompts and templates is yours.

You may not:

  • resell, share, give away, or publish the files or substantial parts of them, including in prompt libraries, marketplaces, courses, or public repositories;
  • share your download links or the files with people outside your license;
  • remove our branding or claim the product as your own;
  • use the files to train or fine tune an AI model that you sell, share, or offer to others.

Teams that want several people to use a product should buy one copy per person, or email us about a team license.

We keep all rights not granted here, including copyright in the products, the site, our logo, and our designs. If you break these terms, your license ends and you must delete the files.

4. Authorized use only

Some products cover AI security and red teaming. They are for authorized testing only. You agree to:

  • test only systems, models, and applications you own or have written permission to test;
  • stay inside the scope and rules of any program or engagement;
  • disclose what you find responsibly; and
  • follow the laws where you are and where the system is.

Our materials cover methodology, triage, reporting, and defense. They do not include working exploits or malware, and you may not use them to access, attack, or harm any system or person without permission. The full rules are in our Authorized Use Policy at /legal/authorized-use, which is part of these terms. If you break it, we can end your license, membership, and community access without a refund, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

5. Acceptable use of the site and community

You agree not to:

  • break the law or help anyone else break it;
  • post or share stolen data, credentials, live targets, malware, or exploit code in our community spaces;
  • harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone;
  • spam, scrape, or overload the site, or try to get around download limits, rate limits, or security controls;
  • probe or test our own site, systems, or payment flows without written permission from us;
  • use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

We can remove content, and suspend or end access to the site or community, for any breach.

6. AI output and no professional advice

Our products help you work with AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or out of date. You are responsible for checking anything a model produces and for how you use it. Nothing we sell is legal, financial, or professional security advice, and using our products does not make us your consultant or service provider.

7. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Launch discounts and founding member prices are described on the product page.
  • Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Crypto payments are processed by Atlos. Each provider's own terms also apply to your payment.
  • Crypto payments are final on the blockchain once confirmed. If we owe you money back, for example to reverse a duplicate charge, we send it as described in our Refund Policy.
  • You are responsible for any taxes or fees your bank or wallet charges. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, or similar tax, it is shown at checkout.
  • Your card or bank statement will show a descriptor that includes AIHACKERCAMP.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a breach of these terms. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we reverse the charge in full.

8. Memberships and automatic renewal

  • Monthly and yearly memberships paid through PayPal renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You authorize us and PayPal to charge you each period.
  • Cancel any time from your PayPal account (Settings, Payments, Manage automatic payments) or by emailing support@aihackercamp.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund the current period or partial periods, as our Refund Policy explains.
  • Crypto memberships are paid for one year at a time and do not renew automatically.
  • Founding member pricing stays the same for as long as your membership stays active without a gap. If it lapses, the founding rate ends.
  • If we change a membership price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
  • Membership perks such as office hours and community channels may change over time. We will not take away the core of what you paid for during a period you already paid for.

9. Delivery of digital products

Right after payment we show your download links on screen and email them to you. Each link expires after 48 hours, and each file can be downloaded a limited number of times per order. If a link expires or you hit the limit, email us and we will send fresh links. If a file is broken or incomplete, we replace it. Keep your own copy of the files. We are not required to keep offering a product forever, but we will give fair notice before retiring one so you can download it again.

10. Refunds and final sales

All sales of digital products are final and we do not offer refunds. When something goes wrong on our side, we fix it by re-delivering links, replacing broken files, or reversing charges made in error, as our Refund Policy at /legal/refunds explains. At checkout you confirm that you understand all digital sales are final, and, if you are in the EU or UK, that you lose your right of withdrawal once your download or access starts. Merch claims for misprints, damage, or lost packages are handled through Fourthwall as described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.

11. Merch orders

Merch is printed to order and shipped by our print partner, Fourthwall. Misprints, damage, and lost packages are handled through Fourthwall's claims process, as our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy at /legal/shipping explain. We send the claim to Fourthwall for you, with your photos. Fourthwall reviews it with its production partner. You get a replacement or a refund only when Fourthwall approves the claim. We do not issue merch refunds on our own. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for size, color, or change of mind. Product colors on screen may look slightly different from the printed item. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier, except where consumer law says they pass on delivery.

12. Third party services

The site uses third party services such as PayPal, Atlos, Discord, and our printing partner, Fourthwall. We are not responsible for their services, and their own terms apply when you use them.

13. No warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site, products, memberships, and community are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non infringement. We do not promise that any product will produce a particular result, find any vulnerability, earn any bounty, or that the site will always be available or error free. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, even if we were told they were possible; and
  • our total liability for all claims about the site, products, memberships, or merch is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, such as liability for fraud or for injury caused by gross negligence.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, from claims by others that come from your breach of these terms or the Authorized Use Policy, or from your misuse of our products, including any testing you do without permission.

16. Ending these terms

You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend or end your access, license, or membership if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (licenses you already paid for and did not lose for breach, ownership, authorized use, no warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, please email us at support@aihackercamp.com and give us 30 days to try to fix the problem. Any dispute that is not resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead. If you are a consumer in a country whose laws give you the right to bring a claim in your home courts, these terms do not take that right away.

18. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email support@aihackercamp.com with the work, where it appears on our site, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized. We will review and respond.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date at the top, and for significant changes we will post a notice on the site or email customers before they take effect. The version in effect when you bought something applies to that purchase.

20. Other legal terms

These terms, together with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part right away, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
